Abstract:
To sequentially form images on a single recording medium with an image forming apparatus forming an image in a normal color and an image forming apparatus forming an image in a special color other than the normal color, while enabling the execution of positioning for reducing printing misregistration between the two image forming apparatuses.SOLUTION: An image forming apparatus 10A has a function to form an image in a K color being a normal color, and an image in a special color other than YMCK colors. An image forming apparatus 10B has a function to form images in YMCK colors being normal colors. The image forming apparatus 10A and the image forming apparatus 10B respectively form test images for adjusting printing positions between the image forming apparatuses 10A and 10B with the K color that is one of the YMCK colors being normal colors.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
