Abstract:
To provide a coil flexure device capable of suppressing deformation of a bent section of a segment coil to stabilize an amount of projection of the bent section from an end face of a stator core.SOLUTION: A coil flexure device 10 pushes and bends, to a stator core 1 side, an end section of a lead section R projecting from an end face 1b in a shaft direction of the stator core 1 with respective lead sections R of a segment coil SC being inserted into two slots, which is a U-shaped lead wire including a bent section K and two lead sections R extending from the bent section K in the stator core 1 that has a yoke 2 and a plurality of teeth 3 and in which a slot is formed between adjacent teeth 3 in a peripheral direction. The coil flexure device 10 comprises a coil flexure member 12 for pushing and bending the end section of the lead section R projecting from the end face in the shaft direction of the stator core 1 to the stator core 1 side and a coil depression mechanism 14 for depressing and fixing the segment coil SC in the slot from an inside of the stator core 1 in a radial direction toward the yoke 2.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
