Abstract:
To solve problems in an extremely useful disinfection storage for storing articles such as wet tableware after washing in the storage and performing disinfection and desiccation by circulation of hot air in which a user may feel hot when taking out the articles just after dryness, and therefore a trial to cool the articles is made when the intra-storage is cooled after a program of the disinfection dryness is completed, however a considerable time is required for cooling and a manufacturing cost comes up.SOLUTION: A brine pipe 70 for circulating a brine liquid in a brine cooling circuit is arranged in a wall surface 74 of a disinfection storage, and thereby it is constituted to cool off the wall surface 74 rapidly. As a result, the heat removal of the articles stored in the storage is accomplished immediately.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
