Abstract:
To develop components that can suppress or promote cell aggregation by adding it to a culture medium in suspension culture, and to provide methods capable of mass production of cells by suppressing cell aggregation using the same.SOLUTION: An agent for inhibiting or suppressing the activity of a signal transduction factor involved in an intracellular myosin signal transduction pathway, or an agent for promoting or amplifying the activity of the same factor is added into a culture medium to carry out suspension culture, thereby controlling promotion and suppression of cell aggregation.
