Abstract:
To provide a daily edible food composition which is useful for prevention or delaying progress of a disease caused by dysfunction of an organ, where a part of action mechanism is clear.SOLUTION: Provided is a food composition which contains a fermentation product derived from soy beans, produced by microorganism groups including: lactic acid bacteria group containing at least one lactic acid bacteria of genus Lactobacillus and at least one lactic acid bacteria of genus Lactococcus; and a yeast group including at least one yeast of genus Saccharomyces and at least one yeast of genus Kluyveromyces, where the fermentation product derived from soy beans contains equol, a γ-amino acid, and an antibacterial substance.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
