Abstract:
To provide an airbag which is suppressed in the occurrence of seam displacement, and manufactured by an OPW system while using a part of a warp and/or a weft in a bag body.SOLUTION: This airbag 1 comprises: a bag body 2 composed of a duplicated woven part which is manufactured by an OPW system, and having a pair of opposing woven cloths 5, 6; and a tether 3 for connecting the woven cloths 5, 6, and regulating a distance between a pair of the woven cloths 5, 6 at the deployment of the bag body 2. The tether 3 has a tether yarn 11 composed of warps or wefts constituting a pair of the woven cloths 5, 6, and entering one woven cloth 5 once again while leaving from one woven cloth 5, and an anchor yarn 12 composed of the wefts or the warps constituting a pair of the woven cloths 5, 6, and hung with the tether yarn 11 so as to be symmetrically stretched from two directions by the tether yarn 11 at the deployment of the bag body 2.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
