Abstract:
To suppress deterioration in image quality even when using any of liquid with high concentration of a sedimentation component and liquid with low concentration.SOLUTION: A printer CPU reduces size of an ink droplet and increases resolution in at least one of a scanning direction and a transportation direction (S7, S9, S10) when concentration of a pigment contained in ink in a cartridge is higher than concentration within a specified range (S5: YES). Meanwhile, the CPU performs at least reduction in size of the ink droplet when concentration of the pigment contained in ink in the cartridge is lower than concentration within the specified range (S5: NO).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3B
