Abstract:
To provide new substances which have excellent cancer tissue selectivity and very low toxicity and are likely to be implemented as anticancer drugs.SOLUTION: The present invention can apply: cationic linear polyphosphazene compounds into which a hydrophilic poly(ethylene glycol) and a spacer group selected from the group consisting of lysine, oligopeptides containing lysine, amino-ethanol, amino-propanol, amino-butanol, amino-pentanol and amino-hexanol are introduced; polyphosphazene-drug conjugate compounds obtained by chemically bonding hydrophobic drugs to the compounds; and preparation methods thereof.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 12
