Abstract:
To provide an ice-making system capable of controlling dryness of refrigerant discharged from a flooded evaporator.SOLUTION: A refrigerant circuit of an ice-making system A comprises: a four-way selector valve 4 configured to selectively flow refrigerant discharged from a compressor 2 to any of a heat source side heat exchanger 3 side and a flooded evaporator side, to switch between ice-making operation and ice-thawing operation; a superheater 6 comprising a first heat transfer pipe arranged in a first refrigerant route R1 between a liquid receiver 7 and a first expansion mechanism 5, and a second heat transfer pipe arranged in a second refrigerant route R2 between the flooded evaporator and the compressor 2, and configured to perform heat exchange between refrigerant flowing in the first heat transfer pipe and refrigerant flowing in the second heat transfer pipe; and avoidance means of flowing refrigerant discharged from the flooded evaporator into the liquid receiver 7 so as to avoid the first heat transfer pipe.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
