Abstract:
To provide a dust deposition detection device capable of detecting dust with a high degree of accuracy by eliminating an influence of temperature dependency and deterioration with time regardless of a type of dust.SOLUTION: The dust deposition detection device 130 includes a measurement system 136 (a first light emission part 132 and a first light detection part 134) arranged on a flat portion of electric equipment, a calibration system 142 (a second light emission part 138 and a second light detection part 140) arranged in an environment in which dust is not generated, a power supply part 104, a control part 108, a storage part 110, and a timer 112, the control part uses the measurement system and the calibration system to measure light quantity when a measurement time is reached, and compares a prescribed threshold with a ratio obtained by dividing the measured value of the measurement system by the measured value of the calibration system, and evaluate the degree of the deposition of the dust 202. Thus, the dust deposition detection device can detect the dust by eliminating temperature dependency and deterioration with time regardless of a type of dust.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 9
