Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2019127052
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:
To provide a shear for aircraft decomposition suitable for decomposing an aircraft such as a passenger aircraft using an aluminum alloy with high strength.SOLUTION: A shear for aircraft decomposition comprises: a shear blade of a first jaw part 25 having a tip blade whose cutting tip enters a shear object, a pair of first shear blades 32 which are bent in an obtuse angle relative to an entry direction of the tip blade and are arranged on opposite surfaces of a blade width, and a pair of second shear blades 33 which are bent in an obtuse angle relative to a first shear blade attachment parts and are arranged on opposite surfaces of the blade width; and a shear blade of a second jaw part 26 having a groove part for receiving all of the tip blade, the pair of first shear blades, and part of the pair of second shear blades so as to pass through, a tip blade receiving blade positioned on an inner wall face of the groove part of the area other than the area where the first shear blades pass, a pair of first shear blade receiving blades 36 positioned along an inner wall face of the groove part of the area where both outer peripheral faces of the first shear blades pass, and a pair of second shear blade receiving blades 37 positioned along an inner wall face of the groove part on the area where both outer peripheral faces of the second shear blades pass.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
