Abstract:
To provide an antistatic coating agent composition excellent in antistatic properties.SOLUTION: An antistatic coating agent composition (X) contains a polyurethaneurea resin (U) and an ionic compound (Q). The (U) is a reaction product of ingredients including a polyol (A), a diisocyanate (B) and a diamine (C). The (Q) is at least one selected from the group consisting of salts (Q1) represented by the specified general formula (1) and salts (Q2) represented by the specified general formula (2). Preferably, a weight ratio [(U)/(Q)] of the polyurethaneurea resin (U) to the ionic compound (Q) is between 80/20 and 98/2.SELECTED DRAWING: None
