Abstract:
To provide a pipe joint which can further surely prevent erroneous withdrawal.SOLUTION: Since a lock member 24 is energized to a displacement prohibition position by a lock member spring 30, the lock member is displaced to the displacement prohibition position after the connection of a socket 2 and a plug 4. Therefore, since the lock member 24 is engaged with a rear end part 28 of a sleeve 12, and the sleeve 12 is prohibited in displacement to a locker release position from a locker holding position, the socket 2 and the plug 4 cannot be withdrawn from each other. At the withdrawal, the sleeve 12 can be displaced by displacing the lock member 24 to a displaceable position. Since the locker 18 becomes displaceable to the locker release position by displacing the sleeve 12 up to the locker release position from the locker holding position, the socket 2 and the plug 4 can be withdrawn from each other.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
