Abstract:
To suppress the effect of a change of injection cycle of a hydrogen gas and find the concentration of a hydrogen gas in a hydrogen gas passage with high accuracy.SOLUTION: A fuel cell system of the present invention comprises: a fuel cell; a hydrogen gas passage including a hydrogen gas passage within the fuel cell, in which a hydrogen gas used in power generation by the fuel cell circulates; a hydrogen gas supply unit for supplying a hydrogen gas to the hydrogen gas passage by jetting out a hydrogen gas, the hydrogen gas supply unit capable of changing an injection cycle and adjusting the amount of a hydrogen gas supplied; a heat flow sensor for detecting a heat flow rate in the hydrogen gas passage; a pressure sensor for detecting the pressure in the hydrogen gas passage; and a hydrogen concentration detection unit for detecting the concentration of a hydrogen gas in the hydrogen gas passage. The hydrogen concentration detection unit detects the concentration of a hydrogen gas in the hydrogen gas passage using the injection cycle and a correlation value of a change amount of the heat flow rate detected by the heat flow sensor to the change amount of pressure detected by the pressure sensor in the injection cycle.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7
