Abstract:
To provide a device capable of continuously separating yolks from whites of eggs in a food manufacturer of a relatively small shop and a restaurant.SOLUTION: An egg separator is such that: each of one end parts of two rail members comprising a cross section L-shape plate 1 and a cross section I-shape plate 2 is inserted into and fixed to left and right upper end parts of a high support material 7 erected at one side part; each of the other end parts of the rail members is inserted into and fixed to left and right upper end parts of a low support material 12 erected at the other side part; both bottom side parts of the L-shape plate and I-shape plate of the rail member form gap parts 3 adjacent at a small interval, and form an inclination angle; the lower end part of the high support material is hooked on adjacent ends of both tray members arranged side by side; the inside part of the low support shape is provided with a large inclined path 13 circulating in a tray material 4 for yolks, and a small inclined path 14 circulating in a tray material 5 for whites in an opposite direction in the inner upper part; and the outlet parts of the large inclined path and the small inclined path are made so as to be adjacent onto the tray members related thereto.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
