Abstract:
To suppress or improve the phenomenon that a valve body of a plate type check valve is fastened due to carbon, the plate type check valve configured to supply pilot fuel gas to a precombustion chamber provided in a main combustion chamber of a gas engine.SOLUTION: A pilot fuel gas supplier 101 has: a plate type check valve 107 provided in a precombustion chamber 108 communicating with a main combustion chamber 109 of a gas engine 100; a pipe 104 connecting the plate type check valve and a fuel gas supply source; a pressure regulating valve 103 provided in the pipe; and a shut-off valve 111 and an air blow valve 110 provided downstream of the pressure regulating valve. The pilot fuel gas supplier is configured to, during stop of the gas engine, close the shut-off valve 111, supply high-pressure air from the air blow valve to the plate type check valve, remove internal carbon, and then peel a fastened plate off from a valve seat.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
