Abstract:
To solve the problem in which throttling and closing an end part of a pipe is difficult in the case where an aluminum pipe different from a conventional copper pipe is used in a header part of a heat exchanger.SOLUTION: A header part 100 of heat exchanger includes: a pipe 101 made of aluminum or aluminum alloy which has an opening 121 at an end; and a welded part 201 for closing the opening 121. The pipe 101 includes: a body 111 in which the diameter of the cross section is constant; and an end part 112 in which the diameter of the cross section is smaller than the diameter of the cross section of the body 111 and it reduces as it approaches the opening 121. The welded part 201 includes an entry part 202 entering the inside of the pipe from the opening 121 of the pipe 101.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8
