Abstract:
To provide an image formation apparatus which prevents reduction in the productivity by feeding the next sheet even when image information of the next page cannot be received due to image memory shortage.SOLUTION: An image formation apparatus 10 includes: an image memory 21 which stores image information; a main memory 22 which can store page setting information of the larger page number; an image formation unit 15 which forms an image on the sheet; a plurality of sheet feeding trays 11; and a conveyance mechanism 14 which can arrange and convey plural sheets between the sheet feeding tray farthest from the image formation unit and the image formation unit. The image formation apparatus rejects reception of image information of the printing data of the page and receives the page setting information to store them in the main memory 22 when there is no free space of the required amount in the image memory 21 when receiving the printing data of the next page from the outside, and delivers the sheets to the conveyance path from the specified sheet feeding tray even though the corresponding image information has not been received when there is the page setting information for specifying the sheet feeding tray being the sheet feeding source in the main memory 22 at the delivery of the next sheet to the conveyance path.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
