Abstract:
To provide an alignment jig which can, for example, perform alignment of holes of a heavy steel frame safely and easily.SOLUTION: A jig for aligning round holes of two work-pieces includes: a head part in such a shape as can be held by a power tool; a cylindrical trunk part which is integral with the head part, which has an outer diameter the same as an inner diameter of a round hole to be aligned, which is inserted in the round hole of one work-pieces, and which is inserted into the round holes of the two work-pieces when the round holes of the two work-pieces are aligned; and a guide part which is provided at a tip of the trunk part in a protrusive manner, which has a circular arc-shaped surface continuing to an outer peripheral surface of the trunk part, which is inserted in the round hole of the other work-piece when the trunk part is inserted in the round hole of the one work-pieces, which moves the round hole of the other work-piece by being slid with a round hole inner edge of the other work-piece by the trunk part being rotated in the round hole of the one work-pieces, and which guides the round hole of the other work-pieces in the direction aligned with the round hole of the one work-pieces.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
