Abstract:
To improve assemblability upon coupling a male screw to a female screw, and also stabilize a frictional coefficient between the male screw and the female screw.SOLUTION: Of at least one thread of a female screw 15a and a male screw 22a, on a slope on the side where surface pressure increases when transmission torque exceeds predetermined torque and the male screw rotates relative to the female screw, and a slope on the side opposite to the slope where the surface pressure increases, a friction coefficient stabilizing film 30 is formed. The thickness of the friction coefficient stabilizing film 31 formed on the slope on the side opposite to the slope on which the surface pressure increases is thinner than the thickness of the friction coefficient stabilizing film 30 formed on the slope on the side where the surface pressure increases.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
