Abstract:
To detect quickly and sensitively various chikungunya viruses with different genotypes even the chikungunya viruses are causing mutations in a part of a structural protein and to suppresses cross-crossreaction with other viruses than chikungunya viruses and to detect specific chikungunya viruses.SOLUTION: An immunochromatography for detecting chikungunya viruses in the present invention includes a sample addition unit, a labeling substance holding unit, and an absorption unit having a detection section including a chromatographic medium portion. The labeling substance holding portion contains an antibody of (A) or antigen-binding fragment thereof, and the detection unit relates to an immunochromatography device containing antibody of (B) or antigen-binding fragment thereof, and antibody of (C) or antigen-binding fragment thereof.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
