Abstract:
To provide a robot which can reduce a height while having high heat radiation efficiency, and a printer and an optical signal transmission device.SOLUTION: A robot has an optical signal transmission device performing transmission of an optical signal. The optical signal transmission device comprises: a light source; a support substrate supporting the light source; and a light guide part transmitting light emitted from the light source. The support substrate includes: a substrate body; a penetration part being connected to the light source, penetrating in a thickness direction of the substrate body and constituted of a metal material; and a heat radiation part being connected to the penetration part and constituted of a metal material. Between the light source and the heat radiation part, the penetration part is disposed, and, between the light guide part and the support substrate, the light source is disposed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
