To provide a conference system capable of dividing conference text information including test information obtained from speech content of conference participants into a plurality of intervals and summarizing the plurality of intervals in such way that a summarization rate of each interval is in accordance with a type of the interval.SOLUTION: Conference text information including text information obtained from speech content of conference participants is divided into intervals, each corresponding to a type selected from types of a plurality of intervals, and each interval of the divided conference text information is summarized in accordance with a summarization rate corresponding to the selected type to produce summary information.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 12
