Abstract:
To provide a high-frequency induction heating method in which two locations on an inner peripheral surface and two locations on an outer peripheral surface of a workpiece can be heated uniformly over the entire periphery at the same time and a coil can be easily manufactured.SOLUTION: The outer peripheral surface of a first guide ring 3 and the outer peripheral surface of a second guide ring 4 are respectively disposed facing and close to a first large-diameter inner peripheral surface portion 11 and a second large-diameter inner peripheral surface portion 12, and one coil 2 is inserted into a workpiece from one end side in the axial direction or the other end side in the axial direction, and the coil 2 is disposed facing and close to the inside of the first guide ring 3 and the second guide ring 4, and eddy currents are generated in the first guide ring 3 and the second guide ring 4, and therefore, eddy currents are generated in the first large-diameter inner peripheral surface portion 11 and the second large-diameter inner peripheral surface portion 12 to perform heating.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
