To provide a medical treatment tool capable of easily reused.SOLUTION: A medical treatment tool 1 comprises: an end effector 110 for performing treatment to a treatment object; an end effector drive part 170 for driving the end effector 110; a bending part 230 for changing a posture of the end effector 110; and a bending part drive part 270 for driving the bending part 230, a tip part side of the bending part 230 has a coupling part 210 which is detachably coupled to the end effector 110, the end effector drive part 170, or both of them. The medical treatment tool 1 has a connection part 130 for connecting the end effector drive part 170 and the end effector 110, and the connection part 130 has a coupled part 132 which is detachably coupled to the coupling part 210.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
