Abstract:
To provide an engagement ring in which a connected state between a main body of the engagement ring and an annular member is not released even under its long-period use and a relative high tension strength is attained.SOLUTION: A rivet body 40 of an engagement ring 10 has a flange part 41, a shaft part 42 extending downward from the flange part 41 and inserted into or passed through an opening of an annular member 12 and an engaging part 43 positioned at a lower end of the shaft part 42. A main body 11 of the engagement ring has a connection part 23 for use in fixing the engaging part 43 of the rivet body 40, an engagement groove 50 to which the engaging part 43 is engaged is positioned at an inner surface of the connection part 23 and the engagement part 43 is fixed to the connection part 23 under a state in which the engagement part is engaged with the engagement groove 50 and held at the connection part 23.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
