To allow a person who can address an error to be quickly found when the error occurs in an image formation apparatus.SOLUTION: An image formation apparatus 13 includes: a display unit 137; a support candidate identification unit 102 which identifies a person who can address an error from persons identified by an in-building person identification unit 126 as a support candidate by referring to employee information stored in an employee information storage unit 14 when the error occurs in the image formation apparatus 13; a support candidate photographed image acquisition unit 103 which acquires a photographed image of the support candidate from any of a plurality of imaging devices 11; a support candidate contact address acquisition unit 104 which acquires the contact address of the support candidate by referring to the employee information stored in the employee information storage unit 14; and a control unit 101 which causes the display unit 137 to display the photographed image acquired by the support candidate photographed image acquisition unit 103 and the contact address acquired by the support candidate contact address acquisition unit 104.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
