Abstract:

To provide a method for manufacturing coated wood which prevents wrinkles and floating of a coating layer and can easily form a good coating layer on a wood body, and coated wood in which the wood body is coated with a good coating layer with no wrinkles and floating.SOLUTION: A method for manufacturing coated wood includes: a step of arranging a reinforcement base material on a wood body; a step of arranging a mole release cloth and a resin-impregnated auxiliary material on the reinforcement base material; a step of further covering the whole wood body with a bagging film; a step of installing a path where a curable resin composition is injected to the bagging film and a path where the bagging film is decompressed; a step of sealing the end of the bagging film and injecting the curable resin composition while decompressing the bagging film, and impregnating the reinforcement base material with the curable resin composition; and a step of curing the curable resin composition, in which the mold release cloth and the resin-impregnated auxiliary material are smaller than the reinforcement base material, and are arranged at a position inside with a distance from each side of the outer periphery of the surface of the reinforcement base material.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
