Abstract:
To disclose one embodiment of a spring for a suspension which can avoid that a spring part constituted of a metal-made wire rod is early damaged.SOLUTION: A spring for a suspension comprises: a wire rod 2A in which a coating layer is formed on a surface; and a rubber-made seat part 3 for receiving a load acting on a spring part 2 being the seat part 3 having a groove part 3A into which the wire rod 2A is fit, and attached to the wire rod 2A with an adhesive. A communication path 4 for making a flow-out port 4A opened at an inner wall face of the groove part 3A and an injection port 4B opened at an outer wall face of the seat part 3 communicate with each other is formed at the seat part 3. By this constitution, a worker or the like can inject the adhesive into the inner wall face of the groove part 3A from the injection port 4B in a state that the wire rod 2A contacts with an inner wall of the groove part 3A. Therefore, by using the spring for the suspension, a quantity of the adhesive which protrudes from an adhesion face may be reduced.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
