Abstract:
To smoothly return the discharge water from a return pipe to an aquifer.SOLUTION: A groundwater shuttle device comprises a vertical casing 10, a first pipe 20 extending out of an upper casing from an opening located in the casing 10, a second pipe 30 extending downward from an outside of a casing back into the casing and having an opening on a lower side of the first pipe 20, and a water shielding portion 40 for vertically dividing a space in the casing at a height position between the opening of the first pipe 20 and the opening of the second pipe 30, in which one of the first pipe 20 and the second pipe 30 is an outgoing pipe that conveys water from the inside of the casing to the outside of the casing, and the other is a return pipe that returns the water from the outside of the casing to the inside of the casing. On a peripheral wall of the casing 10, strainer portions 11, 12 capable of passing water are provided above and below the water shielding portion 40. The return pipe comprises a downward pipe 33 that extends downward, and a protruding pipe 34 that protrudes laterally from the peripheral wall of the downward pipe 33 and that has an opening as a discharge port 34a at its protruding end.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
