Abstract:
To provide a lubrication structure of a tolerance ring capable of improving lubrication performance in a simple structure.SOLUTION: In a lubrication structure of a tolerance ring 10 inserted between a rotor shaft 20 and a gear shaft 30, sliding parts 80A, 80B on which inner peripheral surfaces 11a, 11b of the tolerance ring 10 and an outer peripheral surface 30a of the gear shaft 30 slide with each other are positioned radially outward with respect to a fitting part 50 where an inner peripheral part of the rotor shaft 20 and an outer peripheral portion of the gear shaft 30 are spline-fitted, the tolerance ring 10 has a projection part 13 extending from the first sliding part 80A to the fitting part 50 side, the projection part 13 is arranged on an oil passage 40 formed by a gap between the rotor shaft 20 and the gear shaft 30, and an inner peripheral surface 11c shields the oil passage 40.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
