Abstract:
To provide a pressure hose with a joint which is enhanced in safety by avoiding a short circuit while possessing high pressure resistance necessary for the permission of the circulation of a high-pressure fluid (high-pressure oil).SOLUTION: A pressure hose 1 with a joint is composed of a pressure hose 2 and a metal pipe joint 3 connected to both end parts of the pressure hose. The pressure hose 2 comprises a resin tube 2A and a metal wire blade 2B for covering the tube 2A, external peripheries of both end parts of the metal wire blade 2B are coated with insulation layers 4, and insulation caps 5 are attached to both the end parts of the pressure hose. An annular groove 34 is formed of joints 30A, 30B of the metal pipe joint 3, and a metal sleeve 33 assembled to cylinder parts 32, both the end parts of the pressure hose 2 are inserted into the annular groove 34, the metal sleeve 33 is caulked in a state that both the end parts of the metal wire blade 2B are insulated from the joints 30A, 30B and the metal sleeve 33 by the resin tube 2A, the insulation caps 5 and the insulation layers 4, and a short circuit between the joints 30A, 30B is avoided.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
