Abstract:
To provide a ball screw device including a detection function.SOLUTION: A ball screw structure 100 including a detection function, includes a screw shaft 1, a nut member 2, a ball unit 3 and a circulation member 4. The screw shaft has an outer screw groove 11, the nut member is externally fitted to the screw shaft movably along an axial direction of the screw shaft, and the nut member has an inner screw groove 21 formed corresponding to the outer screw groove of the screw shaft, so that a load path is formed between the inner screw groove of the nut member and the outer screw groove of the screw shaft. The ball unit is disposed rollably in the load path, the circulation member is directly disposed on the nut member, and the circulation member is provided with a micro controller and a sensor, so that a rotating state of the screw shaft in the nut member can be detected, and a circulation path 47 capable of being communicated to the nut member is formed in the circulation member so that the ball unit is circulated and passed therethrough.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
