Abstract:
To provide a hot water storage type water heater which can simplify control specification when utilizing medium temperature water in a hot water storage tank.SOLUTION: A hot water storage type water heater includes: a switching valve including a medium temperature inlet which medium temperature water passing a medium temperature pipeline from a hot water storage tank flows in, a low temperature inlet which a low temperature water passing a low temperature pipeline flows in, and a water outlet; and a mixing valve including a hot water side inlet which hot temperature water passing a high temperature pipeline from the hot water storage tank flows in, a water side inlet which water from the water outlet of the switching valve flows in, and a hot water outlet from which hot water in which the high temperature hot water flowing in from the hot water side inlet and water flowing in from the water side inlet are mixed is discharged. The low temperature pipeline, the medium temperature pipeline and the switching valve are constituted in such a manner that a pressure loss of a first path leading to the water side inlet of the mixing valve from a water supply pipeline through the medium temperature pipeline and the switching valve switched to the medium temperature position, becomes the same as a pressure loss of a second path leading to the water side inlet of the mixing valve from the water supply pipeline through the low temperature pipeline and the switching valve switched to the low temperature position.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
