Abstract:
To provide a technique of acquiring log information appropriately and sending the log information to an external analyzer when a failure has occurred in the vehicle.SOLUTION: A log collection unit 23 collects log information, and stores the log information in a storage 12 temporarily. An operation reception unit 21 receives a user operation to an input button. A log acquisition unit 24 acquires log information for a first time before the reception of an operation and log information for a second time after the reception of the operation when the operation reception unit 21 receives predetermined times of user operations to a predetermined input button.
