To provide a lighting device which can be mounted on a light source unit without taking an insulation countermeasure.SOLUTION: A lighting device A is attached to an attached surface through a hanging member 1 and includes: a device body 2 connected to the hanging member 1; a light source unit 3 mounted onto a surface of the device body 2 which is opposite to the attached surface; and a power supply unit 4 which supplies electric power to the light source unit 3.
