Abstract:
To provide a glossy coating material in which the dispersion of a brightness material is superior and hard siltation is not formed at the storage, also adhesion between seeds and the adhesion to a work tank are reduced during coating, a feeling of glossiness with a sense of quality can be given on the surface of the coating seeds, the peeling from the seeds is not caused, and further germination performance is not affected adversely.SOLUTION: A glossy coating material for seed is characterized by containing a brightness material, talc, a polyvinyl alcohol, an ethylene/acetic acid copolymer and a water medium, the content of the brightness material in the glossy coating material for seed is 10 mass% or more and 30 mass% or less, a mass ratio of the brightness material and the talc is 3.5:1-1:1, and the mass ratio of the PVA and the EVA is 3:1-1:1.SELECTED DRAWING: None
