Abstract:
To provide the connector and the manufacturing method of the same, wherein the connector can be molded by a mold with a simple structure, and can be molded while accurately maintaining a position and posture of a through nut by preventing penetration of an outer resin part into a screw hole of the through nut.SOLUTION: A connector 1 comprises a plurality of connector terminals 3, core resin parts 2A, 2B, a through nut 4, and an outer resin part 5. An opening 402 of a screw hole 40 located on an inner end surface 42 of the through nut 4 is closed by a nut facing surface 21A of a core resin part 2A. The outer resin part 5 covers the core resin parts 2A, 2B and the through nut 4 in a state where an exposed surface 25 of the core resin parts 2A, 2B and the outer end surface 41 of the through nut 4 are exposed. An injection mark 51 at a time of molding the outer resin part 5 is formed on the surface of an area of the outer resin part 5 that covers an opposite side surface 22B of the core resin part 2B.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
