To provide: a composition capable of continuously imparting excellent antistatic effect without impairing physical properties of a synthetic resin; a resin composition comprising the same; and a molded body of the same.SOLUTION: There is provided a composition comprising 0.5 to 40.0 pts.wt. of a component (Y) based on 100 pts.wt. of a component (X), wherein the component (X) is one or more polymer compounds (E) obtained by reaction of a polyester (a) obtained by reaction of a diole and a dicarboxylic acid, a compound (b) having a hydroxyl group at both terminals having one or more ethyleneoxy groups and an epoxy compound (D) having two or more epoxy groups and the component (Y) is one or more acid anhydride-modified polyolefins.SELECTED DRAWING: None
