Abstract:
To enhance wear resistance of two machine elements engaged with each other, out of elements constituting a power transmission device.SOLUTION: A power transmission device comprises a feed screw 11 in which a male thread is formed, a nut 15 in which a female thread engaged with the male thread is formed, a rotation driving machine 21 for rotating the feed screw 11, a moving case 24 arranged on an outer peripheral side of the nut 15 so as to be relatively movable in an axial direction Da with respect to the feed screw 11, and a hydraulic oil holding mechanism 70. The effective diameter of the nut 15 is larger than the effective diameter of the feed screw 11. The hydraulic oil holding mechanism 70 is a mechanism for allowing hydraulic oil to exist on a pressure receiving surface on which a load from a flank surface of the female thread is applied, out of a flank surface of the male thread, and a pressure receiving surface on which a load from the flank surface of the male thread is applied, out of the flank surface of the female thread.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 9
