Abstract:
To provide an electrophotographic photoreceptor that prevents a crack in an inorganic protective layer.SOLUTION: An electrophotographic photoreceptor 7 comprises: a conductive substrate 1; a charge transport layer 3 provided on the conductive substrate 1 and including a charge transport material, a binder resin, and silica particles; an inorganic protective layer 5 provided on the charge transport layer 3; and a crack prevention layer 6 held between the charge transport layer 3 and inorganic protective layer 5, the crack prevention layer 6 not preventing movement of electric charge transported from the charge transport layer 3 and preventing a crack in a surface at a charge transport layer 3 side of the inorganic protective layer 5.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
