Title:
SWITCHING POWER SUPPLY DEVICE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2019161968
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:
To prevent a countercurrent from flowing to a synchronous rectification element with a simple configuration, even if the input voltage from a power supply unit drops, in a switching power supply device designed to operate in a current discontinuous mode.SOLUTION: A switching power supply device 1 incudes a first power supply circuit 4, a second power supply circuit 5, a transformer 6 including primary winding 61 and secondary winding 62, and a voltage detector 27 for detecting whether or not the voltage of the primary winding 61 is a prescribed reference voltage or less. The second power supply circuit 5 includes a synchronous rectification element 10 connected in series with the secondary winding 62, a secondary control section 43 for switching on and off of the synchronous rectification element 10 on the basis of a voltage applied thereto, and a blockage section 30 for turning off the synchronous rectification element 10 when the voltage detector 27 detects that the voltage of the primary winding 61 is the reference voltage or less.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
