Abstract:
To provide a method of increasing diamine productivity in microorganisms having diamine productivity, and a method of producing a diamine using the microorganisms.SOLUTION: The invention provides: a method of introducing a Corynebacterium efficiens-derived CE2495 protein having diamine export activity into a Corynebacterium species strain having low export activity; a method of introducing the protein into E.coli which has putrescine and cadaverine production pathways; and a method of producing a diamine comprising a step of culturing an organism enhanced in the diamine productivity to obtain a culture, and a step of recovering the diamine from the cultured microorganism or the culture.SELECTED DRAWING: None
