Abstract:
To provide a method for producing a heat-radiation structure that allows convenient and economical heat radiation.SOLUTION: A method for producing a heat-radiation structure 10 includes the steps of (a) preparing a base material containing a substrate 4, and a conductor layer 1 on the substrate, and a dielectric layer 3 on the conductor layer 1, (b) forming a phase transition material layer on the dielectric layer, and (c) heating the base material having the phase transition material layer formed thereon, to form a film 2 having particles of phase transition material dispersed on the dielectric layer.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
