Abstract:
To provide a grain-oriented electromagnetic steel sheet having less variations in terms of magnetic characteristics.SOLUTION: The processing method of a grain-oriented electromagnetic steel sheet includes: preparation of a hot-rolled steel sheet by heating a slab containing a predetermined composition and the balance of Fe and impurities to 1280°C or more and hot rolling; preparation of a cold-rolled steel sheet by performing cold rolling twice or more being interposed with one-time cold rolling or intermediate annealing after subjecting the hot-rolled steel sheet to hot-rolled sheet annealing; subjecting the cold-rolled steel sheet to primary recrystallization annealing which includes rapid heating at a rate of 400°C/s or more and a cooling process; applying an annealing separation agent containing MgO to a surface of the cold-rolled steel sheet after the primary recrystallization annealing; applying an insulating film to the steel sheet after the finish annealing, followed by performing planarization annealing.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
