Abstract:
To provide an exhaust gas purification catalyst capable of burning a particulate material included in the exhaust gas of a diesel engine, etc., and obtaining high activity and further reducing the amount of vanadium volatilization on the exhaust gas purification catalyst for purifying the exhaust gas.SOLUTION: The exhaust gas purification catalyst consisting of a three metal composite oxide or oxide mixture of cesium, niobium and vanadium and capable of obtaining high activity and further reducing the amount of vanadium volatilization can be provided by setting an element ratio to cesium:niobium:vanadium=1:2-x:x (x<2, where x is positive real number).SELECTED DRAWING: None
