Abstract:
To provide a surface lubrication treatment method of a metal substrate for cold forging capable of imparting excellent lubricity bearable to an industrial cold-forging processing.SOLUTION: A surface lubrication treatment method of a metal substrate for cold forging includes the first step for treating the metal substrate by pretreatment liquid containing tannin and a solvent, the second step for treating the metal substrate treated in the first step by alkaline post-treatment liquid containing aluminum ion and a solvent, and the third step for treating the metal substrate treated in the second step by a metal soap, a lubrication oil or a combination thereof.SELECTED DRAWING: None
