Abstract:
To make spraying work more efficient by modifying the spraying surface to be smooth in the early stage of spraying, even if there are uneven portions.SOLUTION: In a process of arranging distance measuring devices 13 and 14 for measuring a distance to a tunnel wall surface and moving a spray nozzle 12 along the tunnel wall surface to perform spraying, a moving speed of the spray nozzle 12 is measured, a spray thickness t by spraying is measured by measuring a distance before spraying and after spraying by the distance measuring devices 13 and 14, and a proportional relational expression of moving speed V of these spray nozzles and the spray thickness t is obtained. Then, in the initial stage of performing the spraying by the spray nozzle 12 while keeping the pumping amount of the spraying material constant under the condition that a concave portion and a convex portion exist on the wall surface, based on the proportional relational expression, correction is performed so that the spray surface is smoothed by performing movement control that relatively slows the moving speed V in the concave portion and increases the moving speed V in the convex portion.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
