Abstract:
To provide a valve device capable of being operated by pilot air of comparatively low pressure though it is compact, and having high durability.SOLUTION: A valve device 11 includes a pilot port 53 to which pilot air for driving a piston portion 43 is supplied, and energization means 54 for energizing the piston portion 43 in an opposite direction, and opening/closing of a valve is controlled by supply and discharge of the pilot air. A first magnetic member 56 is disposed at a valve rod 41 side, and a second magnetic member 57 is disposed at a housing 21 side. Magnetic attraction force driving the piston portion 43 in a first direction A1 and increased in accompany with approach to each other, is acted between both magnetic members 56, 57. Both magnetic members 56, 57 have arrangement relation that they are opposed to each other at an interval even though they are closest to each other.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
