Abstract:
To provide an imaging apparatus capable of suppressing power consumption while removing foreign matters such as dust attached to a surface of each optical filter arranged at subject sides of a first image sensor and a second image sensor.SOLUTION: A digital camera 100 includes: a first image sensor 33; first vibration means (piezoelectric element 430) for vibrating a first optical low-pass filter 410 disposed in front of the first image sensor; a second image sensor 34; second vibrating means (piezoelectric element 530) for vibrating a second optical low-pass filter 510 disposed in front of the second image sensor; power-on means 43 for turning on power; and a still image/moving image switching SW 45 for switching between a still image capturing state and a moving image capturing state. In the still image capturing state when the power is turned on, only one of the optical members is driven. In the moving image capturing state when the power is turned on, both the optical members are driven.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
